Every community starts with someone who decides to bring folks together. This newsletter explores what we’ve learned from their stories and best practices.

We’ll also share platform updates of Plurality, our tech platform. When we launch a new feature, we’ll tell you what assumption we were testing and what we are learning from folks using them in real life. When we need to iterate or remove a feature, we’ll explain why we made that decision and what we are doing next.
